A whopping 88 percent of small business owners polled in the Web.com Small Business Digital Trends report use social media to market their businesses or connect with customers. But that doesn’t mean it’s always smooth sailing.
Some 85 percent of those in the study, conducted by Web.com in partnership with Dr. David Ricketts, Innovation Fellow in the Technology and Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard, admit to experiencing some kind of challenge or roadblock when using social media to market their businesses.
